It’s short notice, but there’s a Therapeutic Creative Writing course at Hartington Hall in the nearby Peak District, from 20th January 2010. Local writer Kath Morris is offering workshops as part of a “Wonderous Stories” retreat in the beautiful setting of Hartington Hall. Workshop price includes lunch and refreshments. Added to the Directory: No Redemption, a gothic / industrial-metal band from Stoke-on-Trent who have recently written and recorded the music for the Philip Gardiner/Warner Brothers’ film The Stone.
