New Wedgwood Museum opens on 24th Oct

  We have the official opening date of North Staffordshire’s new £10.5m ceramics museum, The Wedgwood Museum at Barlaston near Stoke-on-Trent. It will open on 24th October 08, showing 6,000 items and over 600 pattern books. There is also a schools education centre, and a reference library. The building was designed by local architects Hulme Upright Manning. If you wish to support the Museum, there’s a Friends of the Wedgwood Museum group.
